Learning and programme help

If you are unsure which learning path fits, choose “Not sure — help me choose” on the contact form and briefly describe the learner's age, current experience and goals.

Existing enquiries

If you are following up, submit the form using the same adult contact email and mention that you have contacted QA Journal before. Do not submit payment details or identity documents.

Website issues

For a broken page, inaccessible feature or form problem, choose “Privacy or support request” and describe the page, device and what happened. Avoid sending passwords or screenshots containing private information.

Privacy requests

Use “Privacy or support request” to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information. QA Journal may need to verify that you control the email address connected to the record.
